This is a one-of-a-kind 5 x 7-inch watercolor sketch on paper with deckled edges.
Since 2018 my Morning Find project has been about seeking wonder through nature.
Over the years, I have found that I don’t have to take long walks to find something that piques my interest. I see my surroundings in a different light each time I walk down the same paths.
I am attracted to tiny treasures that most people walk past, and I take great pleasure in discovering and documenting them.
If I give myself a little time and focus each morning, the natural world reveals her magic. I want to bring that magic to you.
These sketches have been piling up in my studio since 2018, but no more! :) Since the beginning of this year, I have been creating them on watercolor paper instead of in a sketchbook to make them available for you!
