These Morning Find sketches were inspired by my travels through Paris and Giverny, where I found myself drawn to quiet gardens, artist studios, cafes, open windows, and the everyday beauty tucked into city streets. Each sketch began as a way of preserving a moment that made me pause and look a little longer.

My Morning Find practice is rooted in slowing down and noticing the beauty in ordinary moments. I create a small watercolor most mornings as a gentle way to enter my studio, allowing these fleeting observations to become the starting point for larger paintings and new ideas.

Each sketch is an original watercolor, initialed on the front and signed and dated on the back.
